Happy Halloween - My 1st Stop Motion Animation

For fun and a chance at winning a GoNintendo.com contest I created this stop motion animation. I had some help from JBoy (he's 5 yr old now) and my wife.
Enjoy!

UPDATE: I freaking won! Woot woot!

Flamin' Awesome!! Well done. How long did it take? Very cool. I just got a MacBook Pro and have been using some of the fun stuff on it. I'd love to do something like your video. What camera did you use? What program did you use to make the movie?

Congrats on winning too!

Thank you JB...

It took me about 4 hrs of actual work.

I posted some photos today on Flickr:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/errorik/sets/72157594377227295/

Some are stills used to make the video, and there are a few I took of my setup.

As you can see I used the new Canon SD630 on a little tripod. I took ~267 stills as I moved the guys about, and carved the Triforce out.

I ditched about 15 or so frames since I had a finger, or arm in the shot (or the flash went off).

I dumped all the stills into Adobe Premiere Pro (which is part of an Adobe software package I won through my ColdFusion User Group here in Boise), and then I was able to submit the video without sound when a very wise wife told me that I should add sound. She knew I had Zelda music on MP3 as I played it for her once.

It turned out very nice.
