Here is an article about a class action lawsuit for showing ads in a movie theatre. The complaint is that the ads were shown at the movies scheduled start time. That's a very valid complaint.

Reversible.org is an interesting idea. Not sure quite how the outcome will be in a week, month, or even a year's time. But if people do the same as me and link to this reversible kottke page, then we might all get to see the results.

I was shocked last night when my wife and I saw Just Married at the movie theater and before the show they *only* played previews. No ads whatsoever. No LA Times spot. No guy in Nike shoes being chased by an angry chicken. It was great... reminded me of when I was a kid.
